Boot Camp classes consists of continual circuits that include Personal Trainer, Fitness Training, cardiovascular training, & strength training using body weight, dumbell weights, bands & balls. We focus on improving each persons core strength via each circuit. With the focus on family fitness, all classes are held overlooking a gorgeous lake and preserve while watching the sunrise or the sunset. We finish each class with stretching and relaxation and a motivational story or quote. Additional boot camp locations available upon request.
